Introducing the Victoria Residence, a stunning project designed by Electric Bowery. Ryan participation from the initial stages of schematic design to the development design. Inspired by the long history of artists seeking a creative retreat in our local Venice Beach community, Electric Bowery had the pleasure of partnering with clients who share deep roots in the arts, and were looking to create an inspired compound of their own. The relationship began with the exploration of various potential project sites, with the consideration of both new construction and renovation projects. The goal was to find the perfect combination of open area and urban energy, to create a strong balance between interior and exterior spaces.
